Milestone Health Partners to hold
Groundbreaking for New Facility

Williston Economic Development - A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Friday, October 8, for Milestone Health Partners in Williston. The construction site is located at 1905 14th Street West. The clinic is expected to open in fall 2022. Milestone Health Partners is owned and operated by three Williston therapists: Dr. Amanda Erickson, PT, DPT; Dr. Alyssa Suess, Ph.D., BCBA-D and Dr. Lindy Kirby, PT, DPT. The other staff members include Xylina Miller, RBT; Kayla Black, RBT; Dr. Sam Miller PT, DPT; Krista Hagen, AA and Kaitlyn Kornkven, office manager. Read More

Learn how they applied for and received a Williston STAR Fund Mini Match grant to open their store. Williston Works Podcast to feature Owners of
Cold Stone Creamery, Crossfit Infliction October 15

Williston Economic Development - Williston Economic Development (WED) will release Season 4, Episode 3, of its Williston Works Podcast on Friday, October 15. The podcast will feature the owners of two Williston businesses, Cold Stone Creamery and Crossfit Infliction. Mayor Klug visits Washington, DC

KUMV-TV - As congress continues to battle over trillions of dollars in infrastructure and spending bills, Williston Mayor Howard Klug and other elected officials across the country are voicing their opinions. “What we are trying to do is make sure that Williston, western North Dakota, and the energy of America remains the same way it always has been and doing the right things. WRED seeks Applications for Board Openings

News Release - Western Region Economic Development (WRED) is seeking candidates interested in serving on the board of directors. There are three seats that will become available in the month of November. A high priority will be given to candidates from the oil & gas and manufacturing industries to fill the seats, but all interested parties are encouraged to apply. Harvest Festival postponed; Main Street Market, Pumpkin Painting still Scheduled October 9

News Release - The Williston Area Chamber of Commerce will postpone the Harvest Festival due to COVID-19 exposure resulting in staffing challenges to host a successful event. This decision has been made out of an abundance of caution for staff members, volunteers, and event attendees. Read More
