NEW VIDEO: TAKE A LOOK INSIDE OUR IN-PERSON AND ONLINE CLASSROOMS

This video gives you a glimpse into what school looks like this year. Educating during a pandemic has come with many challenges but you'll see that our students and staff are adapting quite well. You'll see how our In-Person students are learning in our classrooms, and how our Eagle Online students are learning in their homes.
GIVE US YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT THE SCHOOL CALENDAR

Believe it or not we are already thinking about the school calendar for next year. We asked our staff for feedback and we'd like feedback from our parents as well. We want to know your thoughts on our start date and end date, and your feelings about fall break and spring break. Please take a few minutes to participate in the Thought Exchange - which is our online feedback-gathering tool. Click here to access the Thought Exchange poll. For reference, click here to see this year's academic school calendar.
NEW INFO: ONLINE COVID REPORTING DASHBOARD - QUARANTINES NOW ADDED

An order from the Ohio Governor's Office mandates required reporting of students testing positive for COVID. If your child is ill and they are exhibiting the symptoms of COVID, parents must report their child’s symptoms to us either by calling our hotline (513) 576-4150 or filling out a secure form. If your child receives a positive COVID-19 test, you must report the results to us. We need this information from students learning In-Person and in Eagle Online.

Click here to access the form. After reporting by phone or through the form, parents will receive a follow up phone call from the district within 24 hours.

The district is required to report the information to our local health department, and also report the positive COVID-19 case to parents. When we know of a confirmed positive COVID-19 case, we will send an email to all parents who have a student in that building. Additional communication will go to parents who have a student in the same classroom or ride the same bus. Additionally, we will update the Dashboard graphic on our website.

NEW INFO - we now list students and staff who are quarantined on the dashboard. A student or staff member is placed under quarantine by the Clermont County Health Department if it was determined that they were in close contact with a positive COVID-19 case. For example, their close contact may have been a family member who tested positive, or a teammate on an athletic team, not necessarily related to the confirmed positive case at a school. They will appear on our chart for the duration of their quarantine period.
Parents of students who may have been exposed to the confirmed positive COVID-19 case will receive a telephone call from the District and/or the Clermont County Health Department with instructions on how to quarantine. Students who are considered to be in close contact with a positive COVID-19 case are required to quarantine for at least 14 days. In order to return to school, a student who has a positive COVID-19 test result must have written clearance of release of quarantine by Clermont County Public Health.

If you hear of a case and you were not contacted by phone then you can safely assume the case was not in your child’s school or on your child’s bus and your child does not need to quarantine.

Each time there is a positive COVID-19 test we will not send an email district wide. Only parents who have children in the buildings where the positive COVID-19 case was reported will receive communication from us. We may or may not issue a press release or post on social media. However, updated information will be available on our website page
