Hello, MAD Participants!
Thank you for joining us this weekend for the 2023 Military Appreciation Day event. We are thrilled to have so many returning vendors this year and are excited for a fun day honoring our military community here in Kitsap County.
We wanted to let you know a couple of housekeeping items before Saturday:

Check-in runs from 8:00 to 9:00 am at the Kitsap Sun Pavilion. Please enter at the front of the building and bring with you any outstanding paperwork you need to turn in AND your raffle prize! Please note that all prizes must be valued at $50 or more. If you are in need of assistance to bring in materials for your booth, please let us know at check-in and we can send a volunteer with you to help you unload. Please make sure your booth is set-up by 10:00 am.

Please note that you are NOT permitted to begin break-down of your booth until 2:05 pm. Vendors breaking down early are subject to a fine as detailed in your vendor contract.
- We will have volunteers roaming the Pavilion throughout the event should you need a bathroom or food break. Please wave them down and they are happy to relieve you for a moment while you step away. Please note that the volunteer room is not for booth vendors.

If you have a vehicle or over-sized display for your booth and need to enter at the back of the building, please check-in first and then a volunteer can assist with getting your display into the building.
- If you have a car (or similar) on display, please note that the County requires that there be no more than 1/4 tank of gas in the vehicle and you must place cardboard beneath your vehicle to prevent any stains from leaking engines.
Each 10x10 booth comes with an 8-foot table and 2 chairs. If you are in need of additional chairs, please let us know. Power is available at all booths, but you must supply your own extension cords.
Also, please note that pop-up tents are only permitted if they do NOT have a cover. We are not allowed to have any displays with covers due to the fire hazard that they pose.
You will receive your booth number upon check-in and there will be signs and volunteers to direct you. If you have special needs for placement in the pavilion or a request to be next to another vendor, please contact us before end of day today, Thursday, March 2nd.
