“Please give the line guy who marshaled us out a pat on the back for a job well done with his signaling back to the cockpit. All of the flight control signals were spot on, and well appreciated!”

"I arrived and was greeted at the door by a friendly ramp service. I gave them a fuel order and requested a GPU. Immediately the ground crew descended on my plane like a NASCAR pit crew and had me ready to go before was done using the restroom. The CSRs were amazingly helpful, beautiful, and funny. I was treated like a true guest in their house. I love traveling to Canada because everyone is so nice. The crew at this FBO epitomized the term customer service."

“Hello, Million Air! November blah blah blah is 10 minutes out, just one passenger today, we will see you shortly!
“November blah blah blah, this is Million Air Austin, you’re 10 minutes out with one passenger, and the guys are ready and waiting for you, welcome home!”
"That’s how we are greeted every single time we come in. I’m going to do my best to convey just how incredible the Austin staff is but I’m not entirely sure how to put it into words. If nothing else, please believe all of the people at Austin are beyond words and I consider myself blessed for the opportunity to work with such incredible people. I’ve written this email at least 12 times and I can’t seem to get this right. I can share stories and talk for days about how incredible the staff is and how special I think they are but then I’m not sure anyone would want to read this in its entirety. So here goes..
I’m pretty new with my current operation, I’m just short of the year mark. I fly for a gentleman who rents a hangar at Million Air Austin and that’s how I became acquainted with all these amazing people. I’ve been in aviation for most of my life. I’ve flown for private owners, I’ve flown charter, and I spent a lot of time flying cargo. I feel like I’ve had pretty good exposure across the board when it comes to aviation and FBOs and that’s why I wanted to make sure someone knows the Austin crew stands out.
That being said, every single person goes above and beyond for us all the time. We are always greeted by name with a smile and they all make us feel welcome. The line crew always handles our airplane with care and they work hard to ensure our passengers are treated like royalty. They must be taking notes because we hardly ever even have to ask for anything, they just have everything ready for us exactly the way we like it and we almost never even have to ask. The cars are always pulled out when we arrive and we always get to pull right up to the hangar when we taxi in. On rare occasions when we do have an odd request, both the line crew and the customer service reps always pull together and make it happen for us. I really don’t know how else to put it into words, I consider them all dear friends. I just hope you can comprehend how special it is, especially when your job has you away from home for long periods of time. I wish I could give them all a free trip in the jet so I can treat them as well as they treat us for a change. I really don’t think I’m doing them justice with this email but I hope at least I can get them a little recognition. And I’d really like to keep this about them and remain anonymous however, I’ve included all the names of people I’ve personally come into contact with and I hope that really makes this stand out. I know some people who have moved on since I’ve been here but they’ve been replaced by equally special people. I’ve met “Rey” who is new inside from spirit airlines and I met a fueler this morning but it was so loud I didn’t catch his name. Also when I called Houston, I spoke with Jennifer Lopez and she offered to help me get this to someone who might appreciate it. Please thank her for me as well. Aside from them, I’m really hoping that I don’t leave anyone else out! Thanks for your time!"

"Million Air was absolutely amazing. Genuine customer service from employees not acting nice for the sake of their job, but because they really cared about ensuring you have a great experience. Exactly the definition of what customer service should be. Popcorn, ice cream, cookies and a giant selection of drinks make killing time enjoyable. Beautiful Mercedes crew cars. No charges whatsoever except for reasonably-priced avgas or jet fuel. I would consider going back to Syracuse just for the sake of the FBO. Nothing but good things to say.” - Million Air Syracuse Customer | |

Adam and Aaron were awesome! 3 am after a very long day, we needed both a refuel for the helicopter and ourselves. They were quick to get us Jet A and then got us creamer for our coffee (as it wasn’t out on the counter) twice! And then offered us homemade cookies right out of the oven after they heard we still had a long flight home. 10/10 service! Thank you guys!! Really made the last leg of a long shift (22nd hour into 24 hour shift) more bearable!
