Review of the Month
Friends,
Last Saturday my wife and I together with my daughter Lindsey and our granddaughter Ridley were vectored into a tie down spot at Millionair during our enroute stop from Coeur d'Alene to Tacoma Narrows Airport.
Upon unloading, Ryan asked how he could help. Well, we did need assistance. During the bumpy, very turbulent let down, Ridley became air sick on the Maule upholstery before we realized she had a problem. We explained our problem to Ryan. A few minutes later two line me came up and offered us 3 cold bottles of water. Then James came up, assessed our problem, and returned with a roll of paper towels and wet wipes. Lindsey used all of these supplies to clean up the Maule interior. James inquired what else we needed, but the best decision was to have my wife Leslie escort Ridley into Millionair.
At the front desk Tracy understood the problem and rendered assistance. As we were departing, she offered Ridley a small foam airplane which helped take her mind off her discomfort.
All in all, our family's experience at Million Air was exceptional, well beyond our expectations. Our problem was solved. We were on our way again in 25 minutes and will never forget the kindness and care shown to us by the Million Air staff.
