"I was in both CYVR and SUS in the same day. CYVR Million Air should teach the rest of the locations how to operate in regard to customer service. CYVR supplied us with exemplary service. SUS was second with almost just as good care. 25 years of corporate flying and it sure makes you feel good that your still appreciated as a customer at some places."

"I can’t not share how incredibly impressed I was with the gentleman who directed us out this morning from parking. In my 20+ years of aviation, he exhibited by far the best bodily communication skills with his knowledge of how to properly direct and execute with safety! Please pass along our appreciation for his dedication to his craft."

** Customer Service Tip: Don't forget to respond to your customer comments! It helps further deepen the relationship. **
Logoed Chocks - Tim Kleppner from Million Air Stennis has found a source who can produce logoed chocks for us. He has placed an order and shared with us their contact. We have reached out to them for network bulk pricing and are waiting to hear back. Once we do, we will share their contact and a link to their website in the Store section of MyMillionAir.com for you to order as well.
Valet WOW Moments - You valet cars for customers all day. Why not anticipate their needs and make it personal? Million Air Austin has made postcards they can write thank you notes to customers on and put water bottles in their vehicle for the drive home. This small touch goes a long way.
Living the Brand - Living out our Basics is challenging and sometimes takes little reminders to refocus on them. That is what carrying around your Credo Card and the Daily Take Offs are for. Million Air Jacksonville has taken it one step further by putting the different Basics on their different fuel trucks. Not only is it a little reminder in the middle of their day, but it lets our customers get a glimpse into what we stand for.
Colored Lights on your Campus - Million Air Houston put colored uplights on their FBO and hangars. The colors can be switched out with a remote, but here they are supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For November, they have switched the colors out to blue and orange to support the Astros in the World Series.
Colored Dresses for Holidays - For the holidays, we allow deviation from our standard uniforms to wear colored dresses. We have approved the above dresses in red for the month of December. You can order the dresses here. If you are looking to order something outside of this option, please share the option with the Million Air Interlink team for prior approval! We want to make sure we are consistent and in brand standard :)
Last month we got together for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) convention where Million Air had a booth and met with new and existing customers. We take this opportunity, while we are all together, to recognize some outstanding employees and locations in our network. We are so thankful for these brand ambassadors who go above and beyond on a daily basis. Below are the winners of our yearly CSR/LSP/and FBO of the year. While we are all together, we also hold our yearly drawing. See our winners below.
Jailene Salcedo from Million Air Medford (MFR) is our 2022 CSR of the year.
Josue Vega Dominguez from Million Air Orlando (SFB) is our 2022 LSP of the year.
Million Air Vancouver (CYVR) is our 2022 FBO of the year. Here is General Manager Sean Lee accepting on behalf of his team. Million Air Vancouver will be receiving a propeller award to display in the FBO for their relentless pursuit of Living the Million Air Brand.
A Mr. Steven Smith, who entered in Million Air Houston, is the winner of our Breitling giveaway. Here is us calling Mr. Smith right after drawing and letting him know he won. He will be flying in and picking up the watch himself this week.
