Million Air El Paso’s General Manager, Armando Ceja, has been promoted to Vice President & Regional General Manager of all of Franklin Mountain Aviation's FBOs. Franklin Mountain owns and operates multiple FBOs in the southwest, with their El Paso location under the Million Air brand.

Armando started with Million Air back in 2003, where he worked part-time on the line in Monterey, CA. He transferred to Million Air San Antonio where he became Line Service Supervisor and raised in the rankings, volunteering to help train other Million Air locations in our network. After getting his commercial license, Armando left Million Air for a brief time to pursue his dream of flying professionally. 

Armando's time with Million Air and his unique experience getting to be an FBO customer makes him invaluable. We are so excited to see him thrive in this new role for Francis Aviation!

Million Air Honolulu’s Line Service Manager, Gil Thomas, has been promoted to General Manager and took the reins of Million Air Victorville effective September 1, 2022. Gill was instrumental in the opening of the new FBO in Hawaii and was involved in hiring the entire team, conducting their training, and setting high standards of service and pride in ownership. Gil is a retired senior Non-Commissioned Officer from the U.S. Air Force and has traveled the world in the C-130 and the C-12.

Standing Desks - The Customer Service team at Million Air Houston are using standing desks behind the front desk so they can stand and greet customers more easily. When a customer walks in the door or is in front of you, standing sends the message you are engaged. This small investment has gone a long way!

Customer Safety Feedback - Million Air Dallas created a QR code, linked to a safety hazard/suggestion form. Make your customers part of our Safety Red Tag process! It will show we care to hear feedback and make changes to better our operation.

Job Fair - Million Ait TLH attended a local job fair where they made posters with QR codes linking to the Talent Plus listing to apply. Make applying easy and participate in local job fairs to attract new hires!

Host Events in your Hangars - Million Air El Paso hosted the OROT Annual Gala event in their hangar. Donate the space to a local organization as a way to give back to the community or charge for the event space as an additional revenue stream for the FBO.
