Hello,

I just wanted to share how absolutely wonderful Kyle, Mark and Jimmy were the other day when we landed. ( hope I have their names right ).

It had been a long flight from Italy and there was a hiccup with customs.

Well when we finally were able to get to Syracuse and off the plane inside. They were just so welcoming, happy, helpful and kind. They brightened our spirits. Kyle welcomed us with the warmest smile and a huge HELLO. He just made the crew happy. They lent us the car, gave us ice creams, and made us laugh.

You have a wonderful staff with those 3 there. Especially Kyle and I just wanted to pass that along.

Million Air Moments

Our star moment for August was when we got heads up one evening that two passengers departing the next morning would be taking off on a trip to celebrate their 50^th wedding anniversary! The CSR that took the call, Brooke, went above and beyond that evening, getting flowers, a 50^th anniversary card, a desserts topped with “golden” 5-0 candles for their occasion! The next morning, our team had the privilege of surprising them planeside with their goodies, and they were so touched! We got to hear about children, grandchildren, and more than 20 great-grandchildren, in addition to their plans for an anniversary tour of Montana. It was great to be able to celebrate such kind customers, and all thanks to Brooke for putting together such a lovely surprise so quickly!

Million Air Austin CSR's had an outing to celebrate being a top 15 FBO in the country!

A pilot hurt himself while exiting a plane the other week, and our team members assisted him from the plane to pilots lounge and then transportation to the urgent care. The display of care and comfort was second to none. Whataburger for Whatagreat team.
