"I was not able to start the plane (Cirrus N234AK). Your Team suggested I contact Travis who quickly arrived. He pulled the cowling and confirmed the battery was dead. Zack, Antonio and Dave then helped jump start the engine and assist with boarding the three ladies who were traveling with me. Due to their willingness to help, this unfortunate event resulted in only a 30 minute delay to our planned departure! Please pass along the gift cards with my sincere gratitude for their help. "

Exemplary Service

IND Customer Email

"Dear Ms. Gott and Mr. Manning;

I wanted to reach out to you to call attention to one of your Line Service Personnel, Chance Zullo, who went above and beyond the other day when my daughter needed help at the airport terminal.

My daughter, Sierra, was traveling alone and arrived via the airlines late in the evening when, apparently, most everyone at the terminal had already gone home. She needed assistance finding her luggage and getting transportation, but she couldn't find anyone to help. Her phone was dying, so my wife and I, at home, tried calling the airport help desk, TSA, and airport police desk, but got only answering machines. That's when I thought I would call Million Air and see if you had better contact information.

Chance answered the phone promptly and, after I explained the situation, volunteered to run over to the terminal to see if he could find my daughter and give her some help, indicating that he wasn't busy at the time. Lacking any other assistance, I accepted his help and waited. Fortunately, my daughter was able to contact me and informed me she had found her luggage and transportation. Much relieved, I called Chance back and called off the cavalry.

I am a G650 pilot for Jet Aviation and although I wasn't there on the day my daughter needed help, I've been to your FBO in the past and expect that I will be in the future. I hope to meet Chance and thank him personally for his offer of assistance. He stepped up when he didn't need to and should be recognized for it."

NetJets Challenge Coins

Justine Flores

NetJets gives each of their pilots two challenge coins per year to give out to FBO staff for exemplary service. Justine Flores, from Million Air Houston, received one for going above and beyond for Captain Jerry. Pilots let NetJets headquarters know to whom they were given out. We are so proud, Justine! We have a challenge coin recipient in our Million Air family!

Ideas Worth Sharing

Holiday Scented Candles - Million Air Austin has placed seasonal winter candles around the FBO to make guests/pilots feel at home.

Seasonal Lotions - With the weather getting chilly, Million Air Austin wanted to help their customer's hands from drying out. The FBO put seasonal lotions in the washrooms. This small touch goes a long way.
