Women In Insurance Initiative Moves Full Steam Ahead!

MWM Women in Insurance (WII) Initiative is in full swing. Insurance leaders see this as perfect timing to share profiles and commitments:  what companies are doing to advance women to support the recruitment and retention in the insurance industry system and communicate and showcase achievement as a group and with the individual company leaders. The goal is to take many informal programs and formalize initiatives, data and results from mentorship and share what it means with the collective industry.  Members are elevating women’s leadership and reviewing the data on insurance overall with the release of an updated white paper which portrays great pay disparity upward into the “C Suite.” 

The updated issue of Women In Insurance released in June and will be distributed to 3000 leaders, These include distribution to  IICF Women in Insurance Conferences, ACORD (insurance organizational leader and partner) and  other partners who will share in their networks. Prudential and QBE and the other insurance companies are distributing and using internally and externally. The Women In Insurance Initiative (WII) Leadership will convene in New York City  June 26th  hosted by Indeed to discuss and strategize the path ahead.
