Millstone Festival Comes to Richmond Oct. 9th

After postponing plans in 2020, Richmond’s first-ever Millstone Festival is coming to the downtown historic district on Saturday, Oct. 9th from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Named for downtown’s newest, award winning, “pocket park” that opened in 2019, the festival will celebrate the community and its long history in the milling industry, and serve as a much-needed reprieve from a difficult year.
