The Millwright Local 1007 Aptitude test has been scheduled for June 10, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Niagara Falls Optimist Club.


To reserve your place at the test you will need to complete the following:


  1. Confirm eligibility by using the button below. This is an email sent to us and must confirm that you are 18 years of age, live in Niagara or Haldimand Region, have a grade 12 high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid drivers license.
  2. Send $60.00 fee to epayments1007@millwrightont.com


CONFIRM ELIGIBILITY



DATE: Saturday June 10, 2023

Location: Optimist Club Niagara Falls

Register: 12:30 - 1:00 pm

Test Start: 1:00 pm

Duration: 2.5 Hours



  • Parking is available on-site.
  • Phones will not be allowed out during the test and must be on silent.
  • Pencils and Calculators will be provided.
  • Water will be provided.


The Millwright Local 1007 Aptitude test will be used to determine your suitability in the Millwright Trade. Although this test is not the only requirement to join Local 1007 it must be passed to continue the process. (51% total and 51% in both mechanical and spatial)


This test is written in four parts, each part will have a time limit. Select the button below for an explanation of each part.


All candidates who pass the test and are suitable otherwise will move on to an interview with the Apprenticeship Committee.
