Dear Friends,
Our newsletter includes the second Milstein Innovation competition — a contest for students to get creative and submit their most innovative idea for a pro-Israel initiative or program, with a chance to win up to $16,000 to make their idea become reality! The submission deadline is February 1, 2019.
Adam continues to rally our community to fight against anti-Semitism so enjoy reading an article about why it is up to pro-Israel Jews to stop anti-Semitic forces from dividing the Jewish people—and threatening our very existence. Watch an interview with Adam speaking to Richard Peritz, the host of the Shalom Show in Palm Beach, Florida, talking about the success of the Israeli-American Council and his final year as Chairman.
We're throwing it back with one of the most-loved posts from this past year, how Adam is a Promoter of Israeliness. and lastly, our featured partner organization is Club Z, a rapidly-growing movement for high school students that strengthens their Jewish identity, develops their leadership skills, and empowers them to confront anti-Semitism when they reach college campuses.
We wish you a wonderful 2019!
With sincere love and admiration for the State of Israel and the Jewish people,
Gila and Adam Milstein

The year 2018 has provided a series of reminders that anti-Semitism, the world’s oldest hatred, is alive and well in our country.
Our Jewish community contains a multitude of diverse advocates and activists, but our strength lies in our support for each other and for the State of Israel, and the knowledge that justice is on our side. Our enemies know there are no one more credible and eloquent individuals to divide and destroy us than Jews who demonize the State of Israel and portray the IDF – undoubtedly the most moral army in the world – as craven war criminals. If we glorify and support the tactics that these hateful Jewish individuals and organizations practice, or even if we stay silent, will be responsible for their “success.”

Featured Organization: Club Z

Club Z connects teens to Israel, Jewish history, and each other. Grounded in a dynamic educational curriculum, Club Z brings high school students together around their Jewish identity, develops their leadership skills, and creates a network of proactive and effective activists—who are empowered to confront bigotry when they reach college campuses.
Thanks to support from the Milstein Family Foundation, this year Club Z expanded to Los Angeles, New York, and Seattle, reaching more teens than ever before. Adam Milstein played a key role at Club Z’s Los Angeles Kick-Off event by sharing his insights on engaging the next generation of Zionist leaders.
Club Z will hold its annual Youth Zionist Leadership Forum in San Francisco from January 18-21. High school students nationwide will learn from dynamic speakers, engage in hands-on workshops, and join a close community. Keynote speakers include Ran Bar-Yoshafat, Deputy Director at Kohelet Policy Forum; Kasim Hafeez, Founder of The Israel Campaign; Ryan Bellerose, Founder of Calgary United with Israel; and Sharona Eshet-Kohen, Founder of Doreinu. With only a few spots left, teenagers can
