Ms. Eliza Bryant’s Pre-K students, Annie Ruff, Rowyn DeLoach, Waylon Guileyardo and Londyn Hill, enjoy some down time and an afternoon snack with each other.

8th graders, Bella Riech, Tayler Grace Maxwell, and Eliza Dreher, get ready to explore LSU and Southern University STEM program booths at the Raising Canes River Center during a joint event to promote STEM before the first ever LSU vs Southern University football game this weekend!

8th graders, Anya Barton, Mi’Lecia Stewart, and Callie Wright, explored the STEM showcase LSU and Southern University. Students learned about the STEM programs each college offers.

Pre-K students read about airplanes and learned about machines and power. Then they created their own model airplanes!!

Mariah White-Seaverso received a WFHS volleyball signed by the team. Mariah was recognized by Ms. Anita Ewing for being a peer leader. She is always willing to help students and adults. She reviews sight words with students and is a peer line monitor. She reads books to some classmates. If there is a job to do, Mariah is always first to help out.

A "shout out" goes to Dean Johnson and Nico Mendel for raising and lowering the flag at Bains every day.

Beginning September 12th, West Feliciana Parish students will have the opportunity to explain "What makes West Feliciana Parish a special place to live" through an essay writing contest. A special thanks to the St. Francisville Area Foundation and KG&L Capital Management Group for partnering with us to sponsor this fun and rewarding contest that encourages writing and identifying what makes our parish special. #wearewestfel #gratefel
