Praise God, my soul; all my inmost being, praise God's holy name. Praise God, my soul,
and forget not all God's benefits - who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who
satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Psalm 103:1-5
As you receive these Praise and Prayer Requests, please take a few moments out of
your day to give thanks to God and to include these requests in your prayers:
- Prayers of thanks and gratitude for God's goodness, blessings and love this Thanksgiving.
- Prayers for Walter K. who will be having thyroid surgery next Wednesday.
- Prayers for David A. who will be having surgery next Wednesday.
- Prayers of healing for Dan N's friend Joe who is in the hospital with heart issues.
- Prayers for the family and friends of the people killed and injured in the Colorado Springs LGBTQ+ nightclub shooting last Saturday.
- Continued prayers for all those who are victims of gun violence.
- Continued prayers for Carl K's recovery from a stroke.
- Continued prayers for all those who have been affected by, and are still trying to recover from, natural disasters this year.
- Continued prayers for those who continue to be affected by, and are recovering from, Covid 19, Monkeypox and the flu.
- Continued prayers for peace and and safety for the people of the Ukraine and other regions world-wide.
