SPIRIT: MEDITATION FOR CHANGE
Decide what you would like to change. Get into a comfortable meditative position. Breathe in your color for change into all your chakras. Breathe in thanks and gratitude as if these mind, body, spirit changes have happened already. Visualize the positive results in your life, like you were watching a movie. Ask this to happen for the highest good of all concerned. Awaken when you are ready.
Focus in on these changes a few times during the day in next three weeks. Don't be impatient. It takes 21 days for change to become permanent.
