Are there any questions about your job, relationships, or what is the best foods to eat or the best way to handle a situation. These are the questions your higher mind can 
answer. It is best to be in a relaxed and in a meditative flow. Be prepared with the questions which are most important. 
Ask for your guides and angels to help.
 
Sit or lie down. You may even want to have a pad and pencil to note down the answers you are getting in a dreamy state.  Ask your higher mind to be more receptive when it's trying to communicate with you. Ask one question at a time, and wait for a response. Take whatever answers come to you. You may receive a symbol, words or even a feeling. 
 
If you don't get the answers then - they can come in a dream or at another unexpected time. Sooner or later there will be an answer or clues to lead you to the answer. Clues can be something someone says, a sign on a bus, words to a song. Pay Attention to clues.

BODY BALANCE - YOGA, BREATHE AND RELAX 
 According to Dr. Mark Hyman, doing these breathing exercises five times a day will reduce stress. Take a deep slow breath into your belly, to the count of five, then breathe out slowly to the count of five. Repeat 5 times.
 
LAURA SAYS: Breathe in thru your nose and out from your mouth. If you have aches or pains, direct the breath to that area, breathe out stress and pain.
