MIND, BODY, SPIRIT
MIND: RESISTANCES
We are in the process of awakening. Many of us are being tested now. Through these difficult lessons, we begin to think and react differently to circumstances. Not easy, but our ultimate goal is understanding, balance and harmony.
We came to this earth plane which fosters the idea of duality. Everything is judged good or bad, white or black, pleasant or awful. Negative judgement links with old emotions keeping us in the past. We must be non-judgemental presently to create a good future.
Our energy is moving from our minds into our hearts. Resistance can set us back. As we let go, we free up. We become divine beings in a physical form. Notice how emotions, thoughts and beliefs affect us and create our reality. Pay attention to what is going on with resistances, judgements and what you say.
BODY: BE ACTIVE - IT'S SUMMER
Enjoy the best time of the year. June 21st, the summer solstice, was the longest day of the year. The days now start to get shorter and the nights longer. Eat light, eat green and play outside. Move, walk, run - enjoy the weather! Exercise relaxes the body and the mind.
SPIRIT:
Practicing Gratitude and Forgiving the past, makes it easier to move ahead. We would love to go to Nirvana - a place of perfect peace and happiness, like heaven. In Hinduism and Buddhism, it is a state of enlightenment. No suffering allowed. It is:
1. A state of cessation of disturbing emotions from one's mind.
2. Absolute peace, a state of total tranquility of disturbing emotions.
3. Exuberant satisfaction, free from all forms of dissatisfaction.
4. A Time, when one no longer relapses to an unenlightened state.
Meditation is on the way to Nirvana.
