SPIRIT: SHIFT IS HAPPENING

I have ! I feel like a work in progress. I am meditating through internal rumblings, while externally, I am being pushed to let go of old papers, clothing and furnishings. A clue that a new chapter in my life is beginning.

In this workshop we will explore past lives through discussion, exercises and guided imagery. We will learn techniques and practice in a comfortable space. We will do a few group exercises and then work in pairs, if you choose, allowing everyone to guide and then to travel to a past life memory. Welcome to a fascinating and deeply spiritual journey.
