Have you seen this meme floating around? We can't help but to laugh! These are those chitta vrittis , or fluctuations of the mind. We lead busy, hyper-connected lives. And like our browser, we can get stuck doing too many things at once. If you ask us, we'd say this is why we need yoga and meditation (and probably a little less screen time!).

  1. Access an introductory version of the most updated neurobiological research on trauma and how it affects the physical body,
  2. Learn how it can show up in your students' behaviors and physical practices,
  3. Learn the basic tenets of invitational language and non-coercive teaching,
  4. Acquire at least three concrete suggestions/tools that you can implement immediately to make your classes trauma-informed.
