I bless everyone with kindness today, especially myself. Today I choose gratitude. I choose kindness. I am grateful for everything and everyone. I am richly blessed. Kindness and compassion are my greatest gifts. When I have nothing to give, I can offer someone a gentle smile.

When I feel lonely, I can offer myself kindness and compassion. Love and kindness are never wasted. They can always make a difference. I can change the world by offering myself and others kindness and for that I am extraordinarily grateful.
