MINDFULNESS is today's BLESSism for Stress, Anxiety and PTSD!

The Blessism for Mindfulness is a great reminder of the need to live in the present moment. Mindfulness grounds us to the earth and to the present moment allowing us to temporarily step away from the stress, anxiety, and pain. The more we connect with this inner world of healing, through a practice like mindfulness, the more peace and harmony we will experience.

Any time we are feeling stressed or anxious, we are NOT in the present moment, we are either living in the past or worrying about the future. Mindfulness is all about embracing the present moment for whatever it brings. It's a beautiful yet simple solution for those experiencing chronic stress and anxiety. This moment in time, the NOW, is the only thing that is a constant factor in life. Grounding yourself back into the present moment is a wonderful way to manage the anxious thoughts that accompany stress.
