The goal of the "Connection Calls" will be for representatives of congregations throughout the synod to share ideas, information, and work together. Are you interested in Creation Care? Quakertown Cluster's MLK Day of Service
The Quakertown Cluster collected and packaged “blessings bags” for Valley Health Partners affiliated with Lehigh Valley Health Network, an organization that provides street medical care to the unhoused encampments in the Allentown, Easton and Bethlehem area as part of the MLK Day of Service.
They filled bags with snacks and protein and water as well as bags of health care supplies, like body wash, wipes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, socks, hats, gloves scarves, ponchos and thermal blankets. They filled four vehicles with the supplies!
