Cohort's Quarter 1 Focus
Cohort '20 kicked off their 1st year in the MBA program by focusing on the intricacies of their individual leadership styles and business operations. Their executive learning sessions included:

  • Leadership Development facilitated by Clint Babcock and Greg Celestan; and
  • Visioning and Strategic Planning facilitated by Mary Gamble.

They also spent a considerable amount of time attending chamber events that add additional value to their company, building relationships with their business coach and fellow program participants.
Cohort '19, now in their 2nd year of the MBA program, continues to solve their business challenges by setting SMART goals and utilizing the resources available to them. Most importantly, they are exploring ways to remain involved in both the Chamber and the community after they complete the MBA program. A few points of interest include:

  • Small Business of the Year, Leadership Tampa, and Emerge for their young professionals;
  • Attending the upcoming Benchmarking Trip; and
