In LB575 - Sports and Spaces Act - is designed to keep biological males in male restrooms and sports - AND - keep school aged biological females in female restrooms and sports.
Senator Kathleen Kauth, the sponsor of the bill, used her single "Priority" designation on LB574 (Let Them Grow Act). As such, LB575 Sports and Spaces Act is at risk of not making it out of the Education Committee. However, Speaker John Arch has the ability to "Prioritize" LB575 which would automatically move the bill to the floor for debate.
