Senator Kathleen Kauth, the sponsor of the bill, used her single "Priority" designation on LB574 (Let Them Grow Act). However, Speaker John Arch has the ability to "Prioritize" LB575 which would automatically move the bill to the floor for debate.
Each Senator is allowed to designate one bill as a priority bill. Priority bills are automatically moved to the floor for general debate. Click here for current priority bills.
