Governor Gavin Newsom announced new help for small businesses and workers displaced by COVID-19. The state is allocating $50 million to the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank for loan guarantees. The state is also allowing small businesses to defer payment of sales and use taxes of up to $50,000, for up to 12 months.

The City of Stockton Economic Development Department will be offering a Micro Small-Business Grant Program with up to $5,000 offered to small businesses affected by COVID-19.

There is a limited amount of funding for this program and these grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis so we strongly encourage you to register for immediate updates through this link below so you can be notified once the applications go live.
All district services including administration, security & enhanced maintenance are fully operational until further notice. If you are in need of anything, please don't hesitate to call the office (209) 623-1144 or call/text me on my mobile (209) 740-9070.
