The Wright Angle is an exhibition on display at the Norton Center in celebration of the bicentennial for Centre College. In conjunction with this exhibition, the Norton Center will host the
Bluegrass Architecture Festival (BAF) on
Saturday, October 26.
The festival, which recognizes the unique architecture and history of the Norton Center, welcomes architects earn
up to 6 AIA LUs through in-depth discussions about Taliesin Associated Architects and architects Frank Lloyd Wright and William Wesley Peters, along with a behind-the-scenes look at the Norton Center's unique design and an examination of what it takes to care for legacy architecture.
The $75 Festival Package includes all educational lectures, panel discussions, tours, lunch and reception refreshments. Or, purchase the $99 festival package which includes all of the above, plus a reduced-price ticket to Aquila Theatre's performance of George Orwell's
1984.
The BAF offers an extremely unique experience for continuing education while observing the influence of world-famous architects here in Kentucky.
