Important Things to Remember


  • Your services will stay exactly the same – only our name is different.
  • Use this new link to open a customer service ticket
  • Begin using the new forms with our new logo on our website. We will accept Arc-branded forms until June 30, 2025. We encourage you to start using the new Fello-branded forms as soon as possible so you are prepared. As of the start of the new fiscal year on July 1, 2025, we will no longer accept any Arc-branded forms.
  • The Evvie App, Portal, and Dashboard web addresses will change later this summer. Stay tuned for more information.
