You have chosen to join the Permanent Ballot List on your application for Absentee Voter's Ballot. In accordance with Michigan Election Law (MCL 168.615c), it is mandatory for voters to indicate in writing which political party ballot they wish to receive for Presidential Primary elections.
We have sent you a Ballot Selection Form via mail, but we have not received it back. We cannot send you an Absentee Ballot for the February Presidential Primary if you do not complete and return this form. Therefore, please select a ballot type and return the Ballot Selection Form to the Clerk's Office as soon as possible through mail (postage is prepaid), email, dropbox, or in-person.
