Ecological Conversation: Free Online Retreat
Oct 2, 9:30am-12pm

Led by the Rev. Dr. Margaret Bullitt-Jonas

As we approach the end of Creation Season and prepare for the feast day of St. Francis on Oct. 4, what is our next step in eco-conversion? How does God want to meet us through the natural world?

This half-day online retreat will include silence and guided meditation, presentations and small group conversation, and free time for solitary prayer and a contemplative walk outdoors.

Support the Resettlement of Refugees
Episcopal Migration Ministries, the refugee resettlement and migration ministry of The Episcopal Church, is currently working in partnership with the U.S. government to assist Afghan SIVs and other arrivals with resettlement and direct services through a network of 12 affiliates across the U.S.

As we continue to welcome and resettle Afghans to the U.S. through our affiliate network and engagement programs, the greatest need continues to be assistance with housing. Those who want to financially support these efforts can make a donation online here or donate by mail and send checks to:

Together We Thrive
Author Talk with Tod Bolsinger
Sept 22, 7pm

"Ask any leader and she will tell you that leading change is hard work. But the hardest part of all? It's the part that almost none of us expect. The most soul-sucking thing for most leaders is not the challenge of a changing world, but overcoming the resistance of our own people to make the changes they need to survive and thrive.

Tod Bolsinger, author of Tempered Resilience, will share the insights gleaned from 30 years of ministry leadership, being a professor of leadership formation, and a coach and consultant to ministry leaders all over the world."

Today is the last day to register. Registration is $50.
