CELEBRANDO LA ABUNDANCIA DE DIÓS

December 6, 2022

From the Creation Care Leadership Circle:

Have you seen our Creation Banners?

First, we thank Dean Tom Callard and Christ Church Cathedral, for storing and stewarding the beautiful creation banners created for convention Eucharist in 2019. Saints James and Andrew in Greenfield will now take over that responsibility and we are grateful for their willingness to take this on.

We need your help in locating three of the four banners. If you have one in your sanctuary or sacristy, please contact the Missioner for Creation Care, The Rev. Dr. Margaret Bullitt-Jonas. Once all four banners are returned to SsJA in Greenfield, it will again be possible to borrow them for liturgical use.

The Creation Care Justice Network in Massachusetts is a group of Episcopalians from across our state who are committed to faith-based environmental justice and climate action. They draw upon the strong environmental messages from our bishops and The Episcopal Church as well as our diocesan mission to protect creation and seek ways to work collaboratively to address the climate crisis in a just and equitable way.

The next meeting is scheduled for Dec. 14 at 7 p.m.; e-mail creationjusticeepisma@gmail.com to confirm and to get the Zoom link.
