Church Items Seek a Good Home

Faith Presbyterian Church has recently begun a season of transition, nesting at Shepherd of the Hills with plans to formally merge later this year. As we prepare to vacate the Faith campus, we are seeking to bless other congregations in the Presbytery by sharing items that are no longer needed.

Available items include youth and adult choir robes, numerous hymnals (Glory to God and Faith We Sing), Bibles and a complete commentary set, a baptismal font, a large wooden cross, communion tables (various sizes), greenery, communion serving trays, and a 7-foot Christmas tree. All items are offered freely to churches that can make good use of them; remaining items will be responsibly recycled or disposed of.

Our goal is to clear the buildings by May 22, though some flexibility with pickup may be possible depending on circumstances. Limited transportation assistance may also be available, including delivery to the June MP meeting if helpful. Arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.

If your congregation is interested in any of these items, please contact Amy Myhand at: amy@faithpresaustin.org.

We See You!

Because on Sundays, Presbyterians wear blue!

Because Northminster Presbyterian Church in San Antonio is a registered Blue Ribbon Church with the Blue Sunday organization to promotes prayer, devotion and support for victims of child abuse, members wore blue on Sunday to show advocacy for this worthy cause.
