The Mission Trek Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year!

We ask for all hands on deck, both by the parents and the youth!


Parents and Youth

We ask that you sell tickets to the Auction:

Auctions Tickets are $35 a person and includes dinner



1-2 Student in Mission Trek = 2 Tickets


3+ Students in Mission Trek = 4 Tickets



All Ticket Purchases and Registration to attend the Auction is done online! Please use the link below or the QR code to purchase your tickets! Mission Trek Youth do not need tickets! Anyone else does! This event is not ideal for young children. However, should you decide to bring them, you will need to purchase a ticket for them.


We are very limited in our space since we have so many students this year! This weekend, MT auction seats will be available to the general public. Families have this week to secure their spots!

In addition to selling tickets we ask for the following from each family.

Either a basket ranging from $50-$75 for the silent auction

Or

An experience of some sort for the live auction

We can help you in your planning. We have places events can be held. You set the dates and the amount of people! We can pair you with another family if you would like to co host an event! If you have an idea we can help you make it happen. Experiences seem to sell the best!


We need to have your items/experience written out on a procurement form and turned in by Friday October 18th! This is the day your items are due as well! It takes all of us to make this auction successful. Turning your items/procurement form in on time is very important because we need time to enter everything into the auction system!
