Please pray for the people of the Democratic Republic of Congo as the current Ebola outbreak has become the deadliest in the nation's history, with more than 2,300 lives lost and nearly 5,000 confirmed cases. Pray for God's protection over healthcare workers, wisdom for response teams, and successful efforts to contain the rapid spread of the virus. Ask the Lord to bring peace to areas affected by conflict and mistrust, strengthen grieving families, and assist scientists working to develop life-saving interventions. Pray for God's mercy, healing and hope as communities face this growing crisis. | | |
A module of Gethsemane Leadership Training (GLT) takes place in Sri Lanka this week. Pray those who are teaching will be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, the translators will have strength and wisdom, and the participants will have clear understanding.
Praise the Lord! Earlier this summer, 107 people came to Christ in Thailand. Pray for the continued expansion of the Kingdom in this nation.

This week, please pray for the Mosaico Center, asking the Father to use this ministry as a welcoming place where individuals can learn, grow and build confidence in a supportive community. Ask God to use these opportunities to foster connection, increase access to valuable resources, and create meaningful gospel opportunities, drawing people closer to Christ as the center serves and engages its community in Spain.
International missionary Moises Souza has experienced some recent health issues. Please pray for his return to full health and strength.

Please continue to pray for the many families in Venezuela and Colombia who remain displaced from their homes due to earthquake damage and are struggling with the loss of income and stability. Ask God to provide for their physical, emotional and spiritual needs during this difficult season. Pray for wisdom and discernment as church leaders and ministry partners seek to identify and serve those who are most vulnerable. Ask the Lord to guide relief efforts, allowing resources to reach those with the greatest needs, and to provide the financial support, volunteers and local leadership necessary to care for affected communities with compassion, fairness and the love of Christ.
Praise God for His faithfulness during Colombia's Annual Conference, where the church celebrated 25 years of ministry, welcomed new leadership, ordained pastors, witnessed baptisms and rejoiced in God's transforming work despite the challenges caused by the recent earthquake. Please pray for the newly elected superintendent, Fray Morales.
