Pastor Gabriel invites us to join in praying for the young leaders of the Free Methodist churches in Coyah, Guinea, as they continue their evangelistic programs throughout this week.

Area Director Mike Reynen asks you to pray for missionaries, Thom and Sherry Cahill. They are unable to continue serving in Tanzania at this time. Please join them in prayer as they explore other potential fields and what may be next.
Urgent prayer is still needed for our superintendent in Creative Access-MR. He and his wife both have been suffering from COVID-19. Superintendent "P" remains quite ill. The military junta only allows military family members to get medical care. Families with loved ones suffering from COVID put a yellow flag in front of their house as a way of asking their neighbors to help them with food and medicine. Please continue to join in prayer.
Thank you for your diligent prayers for Creative Access-NP. Superintendent Abraham says lockdowns are still in place, and many families are suffering from food insecurity.
Area Director Josue Fajardo requests prayer support for several current needs in the Europe area:
  • Continue praying for Giovanna Souza, daughter of international missionaries Móises and Jacione Souza. Giovanna has started a three-month treatment for a bacterial infection.
  • Pray for six individuals in the Rivas (Madrid) church who have contracted COVID-19. A missions trip to São Tomé was rescheduled for September due to the virus cases.
  • Gerry and Kati McNamara have relocated to Pécs (Hungary) to start a new faith community and launch a Set Free initiative. Pray for their transition.
  • Missionaries José and Ada Hernández will host their last Sunday service in Spain on August 1. Pray for them as they depart for Puerto Rico on Tuesday, August 3.
Pastor Hiuberth Zapata, our mission district leader in Nicaragua and El Salvador, has been hospitalized with serious complications from COVID-19. Please ask the Father to give wisdom to the doctors caring for him, peace to his family, and complete healing for his body.

Patterns of domestic violence are rampant in Latin America and have become more evident due to the pandemic. Pray the power of the Holy Spirit will break these patterns and transform homes, filling them with the peace of Christ.
Leaders are crossing national borders to plant churches and train new leaders in countries where a gospel witness is extremely limited or even prohibited. Pray God will give these leaders discernment and grant them safety.
Give thanks to the Lord for ICCM children recently sponsored, and pray for those still waiting for sponsors.

Brian Graybill has served as the SEED Operations Manager for a little more than three years. We thank the Lord for Brian and his service to SEED and rejoice with him as he begins law school this fall. Ask God to pour out incredible blessings on Brian as he obeys God's calling and takes these next steps.

Set Free Director Kevin Austin is beginning a heavy travel schedule. Pray for effective ministry and meetings and good health during his travels.

There are construction-related projects in Latin America open to short-term teams and partners looking for an opportunity to serve as early as the end of 2021 and into 2022. For more information, contact J.R. Crouse.
