Please continue praying for Area Director Mike Reynen as he travels in Cameroon and Sierra Leone the next two weeks. Pray for his safety, wisdom, and effective support of the local leaders and churches.

Bishop Lubunga W’Ehusha asks for continued prayer for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). While the spread of Ebola appears to be under control, it has not yet been fully eradicated. Pray for the complete elimination of this deadly virus from the country.

Praise the Lord! The young man who had been detained in a creative access country has been released.

Pray for the Philippines following the 7.8 earthquake that struck General Santos City early Monday. Mindanao — the second most populous island and home to the majority of our Free Methodist churches — has been heavily impacted, with damage to thousands of homes and schools and over 30,000 people displaced. Please pray for:

• God to comfort those who grieve
• healing for the injured
• protection amid the many aftershocks
• FM churches as they respond with compassion to those in their communities who have been affected
• those who are assisting with relief and recovery efforts
• God to provide peace, resilience and restoration in the days ahead

Area Director Josh Fajardo is pleased to announce the addition of Rev. Michael Bretton to the Europe Ministry Resource Team (MRT). Michael is the Lead Pastor at Helston Light and Life in Cornwall, U.K., and a member of the U.K./Ireland Missions Partners team. Please pray for Michael as he takes on this role and serves to connect the U.K./Ireland annual conference with ministry opportunities on the continent of Europe.

Please pray for continued positive momentum in Mexico, especially for Bishop Hector as he chairs the Norte Conference in Chihuahua, Mexico, June 12–14. Ask for the Holy Spirit’s ongoing work —sustaining unity, strengthening healthy leadership at every level, and raising up a new generation to embrace and live out God’s calling.

Please pray for ministries in Middle Eastern countries that cannot be named publicly. Drawing from 1 Corinthians 16:13 — “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong” — ask God to strengthen leaders to remain faithful, courageous, and steadfast as they proclaim the gospel.

Free Methodist World Missions celebrates the faithful life and ministry of Rev. Dr. M. Doane Bonney, who passed away on June 3, 2026. Doane and his wife, Ruth, served in the Dominican Republic from 1957 to 1989. In 1979, he was appointed the Area Administrative Assistant for Latin America and later served as the Director of Free Methodist World Missions from 1990 to 1996. A Memorial service will be held at the Greenville, Illinois, Free Methodist Church on August 15th.

Praise God for the launch of an ICCM program in Senegal. Please pray God will provide committed sponsors to support this important work. Also, lift up the ICCM team traveling to Sénégal in September—praying for guidance, safety, and a fruitful ministry.
