Pray for Vickie Reynen and Kate Juntunen (Africa area administrative assistant), who will travel to Togo May 19-28. Vickie and Kate will meet up with Lilian and Yvonne, two members of the Thrive group in Kenya. The Thrive ladies will be presenting their ministry to three young women in Togo, hoping they will catch a vision for a similar ministry. Pray for encouragement, wisdom and direction for this opportunity.
Praise the Lord for the report of 22 people baptized on Easter Sunday in Creative Access Asia-MR. The situation in this nation is still desperate, but God is moving. Pray for peace and security and the continued move of God’s Spirit, bringing many to faith in Jesus.
Please continue in prayer for our missionaries and ministries across Europe as they respond to the needs of displaced people. Pray the Holy Spirit will use the current circumstances to bring a sweeping revival across Europe.
  • Pray for the church in Greece as they continue to care for Afghani refugees.
  • Pray for the church in Bulgaria as they host five Ukrainian women and three children at the St. John’s home. Pray specifically for healing from trauma.
  • Pray for the church in Belgium as they work with other organizations to demonstrate Christ’s love to families in several refugee centers set up in Leuven.
  • Pray for the church in Hungary as they work with the European Freedom Network to help prevent the trafficking of vulnerable women and children.
  • Pray for those involved directly with transportation and distribution of food, hygiene supplies, medical aid, camping goods and diesel to centers in Ukraine.
The annual meeting for the mission district in Peru will take place May 20-21, concluding with an ordination and commissioning service. Pray for Dr. Ricardo Gómez (Latin America area director) and Pastora Geovanna Chavez (mission district leader) as they lead this meeting. As the pastors and lay leaders gather, pray they will be unified in mind and spirit as they celebrate God’s faithfulness this past year and focus on new strategies to further the vision and mission of the FMC in Peru.
Praise the Lord for the graduation of 13 women from the literacy program at the Noor Center. Pray God will continue to provide healing and wholeness in the lives of these women who have experienced horrific trauma. Pray the tangible expressions of love demonstrated by the staff of the center will point them to Jesus.
FMWM joins several missionary families as they celebrate the graduation of their children. The following are high school graduates this year:

  • Hannah, daughter of creative access missionaries Randy and Jessica
  • Kaiden, son of creative access missionaries Adam and Rebecca
  • Ruth, daughter of creative access missionaries Bryan and Tammy
  • Isaac Lorenz, son of missionaries Glenn and Wendy Lorenz
  • Daniel Stone, son of affiliate missionaries Roger and Vangie Stone

We also celebrate with Chance and Dee Galloway and daughter Catherine who recently received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Please pray for these young people as they transition to new places and experiences in the coming months.

Praise the Lord! Construction is underway for a new school building at the Linda Stryker Academy in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Pray for the timely completion of this new building to allow the school to accommodate current students better and make room for new students.

Thank the Lord for how He has used SEED in the development of more than 26 small business ministries that will continue to transform their communities.
Pray for Set Free Movement Director Kevin Austin as he begins ten days of travel engaging with Set Free teams in western Pennsylvania and Ohio. Ask the Lord to give strength and effectiveness in all he does during these days.
