Praise God for 24 people in Guinea Conakry who are preparing for baptism in December. Join Superintendent Gabriel Lamah in praying for these baptism candidates as they take this important step of obedience; also pray for the weekly evangelism ministry to bear fruit, and for God's protection over the workers and progress of the church construction project in Moribaya.

Please pray for Area Director Mike Reynen as he prepares to spend two weeks in Nigeria, November 2-18.

Please pray for the annual Better Together Converge taking place next week in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Pray for the team making final preparations and for safe travel of participants coming from across Asia and the U.S. Also pray for the ministry opportunities, events and partnership connections surrounding this gathering, asking God to use them to advance the vision of reaching 1 million Asians for Jesus.

Please pray that God would use Europe Day of Prayer on Sunday, November 1 to bring spiritual renewal across Europe, strengthen the witness of local churches, and draw many people to faith in Christ through the faithful proclamation of the gospel. If you are interested in participating, click here.

This past month, missionary Tanya Rosado visited Creative Access-RA as leader of the team Empowering Holistic Transformation across the Latin America Area. Join her in praising God for His provision and the holistic impact being made through the schools, church plants, feeding programs and a new high school. Pray for strength and protection for the church as they participate in the restoration of their country despite a complicated social context.

Please pray for missionaries J.R. and Becky Crouse as they travel to Ecuador October 28- November 15 to invest in and encourage the leaders they mentor. Ask God to strengthen and encourage the leaders and pray for those completing training to lead ministerial formation courses, that they would serve faithfully and help others grow in their walk with Christ.

Please pray for our Free Methodist brothers and sisters throughout the Middle East who face unrest, conflict and persecution. Ask God to be their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Ask God to grant them courage to stand firm in their faith, peace amid uncertainty, and love for those who oppose them.

Sunday, November 1 is the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. Please pray for our Free Methodist brothers and sisters who regularly face persecution for their faith in Jesus Christ:

• Pray they will remain steadfast in their devotion to Christ, regardless of the cost.
• Pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate challenging and hostile environments.
• Pray God will provide safe opportunities for fellowship, discipleship and worship.
• Pray the families affected by persecution will experience God's care, strength, provision and rest.
• Pray the church continues to grow and flourish, even where following Jesus is dangerous.

Please pray for ICCM students around the world to grow in faith and flourish in every area of life. Ask God to help children facing hardship, conflict or instability to know they are seen, loved and cared for by Him.
