AFRICA
Praise the Lord for a new church recently planted in Douala, Cameroon. Pray for this young church.

A coup took place in Guinea this past weekend. Currently, the country is peaceful, but please pray for security throughout the country and stability as decisions are made on the next steps for the country. Pray for country leader Rev. Gabriel Lamah as he ministers through this season of uncertainty.
 
Irene, a member of Tumaini Women Kenya, will be teaching secondary school girls on Saturday, September 11, about health, including harmful practices that are part of their culture. Pray for God's wisdom and direction as Irene addresses sensitive topics and promotes social change for at-risk girls.
ASIA
Superintendent “P” (Creative Access-MR) has some significant recovery yet following his illness from COVID. Please continue to pray for his lungs to heal and his strength to return

Praise the Lord for 14 new believers in Thailand in August.

Give thanks for a new network of leaders in another creative access country. Pray for these leaders and the expansion of the kingdom in this country.

We praise the Lord Pastora Charita Encarnado's health is improving. Please continue to pray for her complete healing and comfort following the loss of her husband, Pastor "Boy" Encarnado.
EUROPE
Praise the Lord! There has been some rain at the Pure Farm in Bulgaria. They are now harvesting lots of tomatoes and peppers. Pray for God's blessing on all those in the community who will benefit from this harvest.

Pray for God's leading and favor as Josh Fajardo travels to encourage leaders, make new connections, and establish ministry plans in Albania and São Tomé over the next week.
LATIN AMERICA
Praise the Lord! The Latin America area reported 83 new "Houses of Peace" in May and June.

Please be in prayer for two significant leaders and their spouses who are fighting COVID. Pastor Hector Correa Creative Access Country-X and Pastora Daisy Arzu in Honduras.

Pray for Pastor Gustavo Suarez in Argentina, who is still struggling with some health issues that include partial paralysis.
MIDDLE EAST
Our workers in the Middle East are using FMWM Operation Hope Funds to provide care for refugees fleeing Afghanistan. Pray for those who are receiving the refugees. Pray their acts of compassion will bear witness to the love of Christ Jesus.

Coronavirus outbreaks have been reported in many refugee camps. Pray for God's healing and protection. Pray God's work can go on unhindered.
INTERNATIONAL CHILD CARE MINISTRIES
The worldwide Free Methodist Church is healthier when children are nourished and grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and men. Praise the Lord for new sponsors to ICCM and those who have added more children to their sponsorship. Pray that ICCM children will grow up loving Jesus and be bold in their faith as they mature.

SEED
Pray for SEED team members, Rose and Erin, as they participate in the Free Methodist Justice Summit in Cleveland. Pray for this opportunity to connect pastors and leaders to SEED partners around the world.

SET FREE MOVEMENT
Pray for the movement of the Holy Spirit in churches around the world as they set a Sunday aside to observe Freedom Sunday. For more information about Freedom Sunday, click here.

VISA MINISTRIES
Pray for FMWM staff and Area Directors as they monitor health and safety concerns and evaluate the advisability of international travel for ministry.
