Kingdom Impact in Cambodia:
A Catalyst Leadership Academy Update

Last month, a team of Global Impact leaders journeyed to Cambodia as part of the Catalyst Leadership Academy (CLA)—and what unfolded was nothing short of extraordinary.
From the moment they arrived, the kickoff ignited a powerful movement of equipping local leaders for kingdom purpose. Each service overflowed with passionate worship, the preaching of God’s Word, and hands-on activities that stirred hearts and strengthened faith.

During ministry time, Global Impact’s worship leaders joined forces with the Kingsway band to lead a refreshing and Spirit-filled encounter with God.
The momentum continued with CLA’s two intensive trainings in Events Management and Worship Training, welcoming selected leaders from Kingsway Church and the anti-trafficking organization Freedom’s Promise.
This dynamic learning environment fostered deep collaboration, practical skill-building, and spiritual growth. Participants walked away equipped to host impactful events and lead anointed worship experiences that will transform lives in their communities.

Last month, Pastor Amy & dedicated Global Impact staff attended the
Asia Region Anti-Trafficking Conference. This wasn’t just another conference but a call to rise! In Asia, human trafficking is evolving, organized and brutal. We are expanding networks, empowering frontliners and confronting trafficking where it thrives. We've deepened our alliances in Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar where thousands of Filipinos are trafficked and exploited in forced labor including online scam hubs and the sex trade.

Originally concentrated in Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar, these scam hubs have spread to every continent.
- Victims are targeted via false job ads, then detained in compounds and forced to carry out fraudulent online scams - if they refuse they are subject to beatings, starvation, torture and rape.
- These scams target a second set of globally-dispersed victims making this a double-edged crime.
- The growing use of AI in these scams makes this a serious threat to public safety.

Last month, 12 of our older Pearls had an unforgettable experience at youth camp by the Black Sea made possible by the incredible generosity of Foursquare. For some of them, experiencing the joy of the sea for the first time was truly priceless! It was a time of worship, friendship, and growth that will leave a lasting mark on their hearts.
Meanwhile, our younger Pearls had their own summer adventures - enjoying sunny outings, cooling off in the pool and jumping on the trampoline!
They celebrated birthdays, went shopping for clothes, attended camp and enjoyed nutritious meals!

A special highlight was welcoming back one of our Pearl graduates, Nikita, (left) who is currently studying at a military academy.
His visit was more than a reunion — it was a powerful reminder that no matter where life leads our Pearls, they carry Living Pearl in their hearts and often return to encourage the next generation.
