Liberty Link Interview on Amendment 3, 2026

A conversation with Dr. Randy Tobler on Amendment 3-2026. Dr. Tobler is a woman’s health and primary care doctor. He also is the host of the weekday morning program Wake Up Missouri and the Saturday Morning Randy Tobler Show on 93.9 FM The Eagle in Columbia and St. Louis.

As a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with more than 33 years of practice, Dr. Tobler brings a medical and conservative perspective to discussions on current events, culture, and public policy. The two hats he wears enable Dr. Tobler to bring a perspective like no other communicator or physician. He recognizes that wielding a microphone or a stethoscope are both privileges, and gratefully delivers authentic, passionate and influential truth-telling in both the exam room and studio.
