Western District Court Changes Ballot Language for Pro-Life Amendment 3

Yesterday, the Western District Court of Appeals changed the ballot language on the 2026 prolife Amendment 3.

It was a mixed decision for pro-life proponents as it makes clear the prolife effects of the 2026 Amendment 3. However it also introduced the wording "repealing reproductive healthcare rights" without clarifying that this supposed "right" has allowed abortion all 9 months of pregnancy in Missouri.

The Missouri Legislature began pre-filing legislation on Monday, December 1st for the 2026 legislative session. They have filed a record number of bills in consideration of issues presented to them by their constituents.
