Missouri House Committee Moves Forward Deceptive Legislation to Keep Amendment 3 in the Missouri Constitution

On Tuesday evening, the House Committee on Legislative Review passed House Sub #2 to HCS HJR 54 to keep Amendment 3 in the Missouri Constitution with language that would attempt to deceive pro-life Missourians into believing that they would be repealing Amendment 3.

Please read this memo for an update and what Missouri Right to Life is asking the Missouri House of Representatives, controlled by a Republican majority, to do to repeal and replace Amendment 3.

Please call your Representatives and ask them to go back to the HCS HJR 54 and truly Repeal and Replace Amendment 3.
