Missouri Right to Life Congratulates both Andrew Bailey and Catherine Hanaway

This week President Trump and Governor Kehoe chose pro-life candidates for new positions.

Missouri has long been a leader in electing conservative pro-life public servants.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has served Missourians since being appointed and taking office in January of 2023.

Attorney General Bailey has fought for life in so many ways during his time as Missouri’s Attorney General and Missouri Right to Life is sad to see him go, but he will continue to fight for us and all Americans as the new Co-Deputy Director of the FBI. We wish Andrew and his family well and will pray for him in his new important position.

Missouri Right to Life thanks President Donald Trump for choosing Andrew Bailey as the Co-Deputy Director of the FBI, a well-established fighter for our conservative values, with life being one of his priorities.

Former Speaker of the House Catherine Hanaway served Missourians during her tenure in the Missouri House of Representatives, fighting for life while in office. Catherine served as the first female Speaker of the House and she lead the way in the passage of multiple pieces of pro-life legislation. Catherine lead the Missouri House of Representatives during its transition to Republican control.

Some of the highlights of Catherine’s pro-life leadership was adoption of pro-life language to ensure public monies are not used for unethical research and she was instrumental in the passage of legislation for women to have a right to know what abortion does to her and her baby. We will be praying for Catherine and her family as she takes this critical position in Missouri.

Missouri Right to Life thanks Governor Mike Kehoe for choosing Catherine Hanaway, a well-established fighter for our conservative values to serve Missourians as our next Missouri Attorney General.

With these two appointments, to be confirmed on September 8th in Washington and Missouri, we will continue to lead in protecting ALL Americans and Missourians, born and unborn!
