After years of discussion and planning, construction has begun for South River, NJ's new  Fire Headquarters. The plan calls for a 21,390 sq ft facility that is tailored to meet firematic & budget needs. Demolition of the old 1950's station is complete and the weather is holding. That means construction  is
getting underway 
for the new  Midway Fire Station in Colonie NY. The 14,840 square foot, three-bay fire station will be completed in 2016.
