If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to make public comment to be read by a moderator at the meeting you can submit your comments by filling out this form.

Comments must:
  1. Be on topic and specific to the mixed use overlay discussion.
  2. No obscene language, or language meant to disrupt the meeting.
  3. Be 400 words/800 characters or less.
  4. Only one submission per resident.
  5. Name, phone number and address will be required (Phone number will be redacted for the meeting or any public information)
  6. We will call if we have clarifying questions about a comment.
  7. Your name and address will be read on the day of the meeting with your comment for the record.
  8. Pre-submitted comments will be read after all live call in public comments are complete.
  9. Deadline for pre-submitted public comments is August 28th, 2020 at 4:00PM. Anything received after this point will not be read public during the meeting but will be answered by staff.
