MEMBER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TRAINING

Calling all Region Directors, Club Officers, and Club Administrators! At the upcoming Fall Workshop, Website Committee Chair Randy Vannet, will be holding a training and informational meeting on Friday night on the new membership platform. The system is now up and running, so please join us in learning all the ways the new platform can benefit your club!

DNR SNOWMOBILE SAFETY TRAINING CLASSES

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING: Calling all volunteers wanting to help instruct snowmobile safety training! At the upcoming Fall Workshop, MnUSA will be hosting a Snowmobile Safety Instructor Training. To register, please visit the DNR site: Instructor Training

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: Also, to all clubs holding safety trainings, please do not forget to reach out to the MnUSA office for promotional magazines, safety stickers, DNR quadrant maps, activity books, and pens to offer for your classes. We thank you for all you do in training the next generation of riders!

CALENDAR: Finally, if you would like your safety class added to the MnUSA calendar, please send a message to the office with any details so we can be sure to post your class online on the mnusa.org website!

As a member of MnUSA, you should have received a second letter in the mail, in the past few weeks going over member benefits. If you have previously already responded to this request, please disregard this notice.

It is not a requirement for members to designate a beneficiary in order to receive this benefit, if you do, please note:

Come join MnUSA at one of the finest hotels in the West Metro, the Minneapolis Marriot West. Stop into Kip’s Irish Pub on site, between meetings or after for a night cap. Ridgedale Mall is within 5 miles of the hotel, with many high-end shops and restaurants, and the Mall of America is a short 25 min drive. Maybe buy a new outfit for the live entertainment Saturday night or Christmas will soon be here to get a jump start on your Christmas shopping!

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS REMINDER

Don't forget! For the summer, staff is being reduced to 2 days a week, Tue-Wed, unless projects arise that require those days to change.

We encourage everyone to call or email the office with any issues, and messages will be returned as soon as possible. Should you need to come into the office, please schedule an appointment to be sure staff is available.

Next fall, the tentative plan is to reopen the office M-Th weekly starting in October.

2026 RAFFLE CALENDAR UPDATE!

The 2026 Raffle Calendars have been picked up from the printers and are ready to distribute to clubs!

This year we are STRONGLY ENCOURAGING ALL MEMBERS TO CONTACT A LOCAL CLUB in their area to purchase their calendars and give that additional support to snowmobiling in Minnesota!

Clubs will be sent an informational email with this years instructions and order form. Please be sure you have a contact email on your MnUSA account to ensure this communication.
