CREDENTIALING SERVICES TO GO OFFLINE DURING REPLACEMENT PERIOD

In order to remove the former programming and bring in the new, the credentialing functions of MoDOT Carrier Express must be taken offline for three business days around President’s weekend, Feb. 17, 18 and 22. MoDOT will close the credentialing functions of MCE beginning the evening of Weds., February 16, 2022 with reopening set for 7:30 a.m., Weds., Feb. 23, 2022.

During the cutover, there will be no access to IRP, IFTA and Missouri intrastate operating authority functions. MoDOT’s credentialing agents will not be available by phone or in person. Oversize Overweight permitting and assistance with compliance matters will remain operational.

Beginning Feb. 23, login using your current userID and password to access your account.

RESERVATION SYSTEM TO ACCOMMODATE IN-PERSON VISITS

Also effective February 23, MCS announces a new reservation system for those who drive to visit us in person. Appointments are required for all in-person visits. A limited number will be available each workday.

Visitors will need to check in at the front desk as usual. Those who do not have an appointment can use a computer kiosk in our lobby and/or drop off their documentation and it will be worked in the order it was received.

Starting January 23, visitors can request an appointment up to 30 days in advance. To do so, send a message to [email protected] with the subject line, ”In-Person Appointment Request” and describe the service you require, or call us at 1-866-831-6277 and choose Option 7. When you receive a confirmation email with a defined appointment time, you know your request is confirmed.

The number of appointments available could become limited during periods of increased workload, such as near renewal deadlines.
