Mobile Banking App Enhancements

A fresh, user-friendly experience is

 coming soon to your

personal Mobile Banking App!


We're upgrading our Mobile Banking App for current personal users in 2 weeks and here are

a few highlights of what you can expect.


  • Modern - Our mobile app has a new look and feel built on a new technology stack, with a simplistic design to improve the user experience.


  • Secure - Login and authentication functionality has been enhanced to provide better security.


  • User-centric - delivers enhanced money movement capabilities and an improved accounts and transactions experience.

Things to Know:


  • App updates on Wednesday, April 23rd by 8am.
  • If you have automatic app updates turned ON, then the app will update for you seamlessly.
  • If you have automatic app updates turned OFF, then within 48 hours you will receive an error message indicating that you need to re-download our app for the update.
  • Your account information and login credentials are unchanged. You can continue to expect our commitment to serving your financial needs alongside our focus on security and reliability.
  • Please Note: With the enhanced security, this new app is supported by current operating system or previous two operating systems for both iPhones and Androids. (If your smartphone is an older model and no longer receives updates to the operating systems, then unfortunately the enhanced app will not work on your device. You still will be able to access your online banking information through a browser on your phone.)*
  • The updated app will be introducing the NEW Card Suite which replaces the previous Debit Card Controls in current app. The NEW Card Suite will be accessible by 9am CST on April 23rd. We encourage ALL mobile banking customers to enroll your Debit Card and set-up your new filters and alerts to protect yourself from fraud. (If you have Card Controls within our current app, you will need to RE-ENROLL and set new filters/alerts on or after our April 23rd enhancement.)


With the NEW Card Suite you can stay in control of your debit cards and enables you to protect your debit cards against fraud and unwanted account spending by allowing you to customize a number of alerts and control features.

  • Freeze/Unfreeze Debit Card (turn card on/off when card is misplaced or fraud activity)
  • Card Controls (set transaction types: ATM transactions, online purchase)
  • Merchant Controls (groceries, retail, gas)
  • Travel Controls (limit card activity by location. Restrict international charges)
